Message from the Program Director:
“Geriatric medicine is more than a specialty—it is a commitment to honoring the wisdom, vulnerability, and resilience of older adults. Since 1986, the University of Cincinnati has trained the next generation of geriatricians to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to older adults. Our goal is to cultivate leaders in geriatrics who are not only clinically skilled but also deeply attuned to the social and emotional dimensions of aging. Through immersive clinical experiences, interdisciplinary mentorship, and a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine, our fellows will be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of their patients and communities. We welcome learners who are passionate about advancing the field of geriatrics and eager to grow in a supportive learning environment.”
